The first edition of the hartmannforum musicological symposium on 29 November 2023 focused on Karl Amadeus Hartmann’s last work, the Gesangsszene for baritone and orchestra to words from “Sodom and Gomorrah” by Jean Giraudoux. The two winners of the international competition, Cornelia Picej and Christoph Schuller, have both written up their presentations so that the scripts are available to download free of charge.
